Also what is the difference between this and balloon beside the wiz?
It kinda is just an underpowered balloon plus balloons already do splash damage.

Why create a new troop out of existing troops? That's just re-inventing the wheel.
Just a wizard and a balloon together. Not really much of a difference.
I dont think this is a good idea because wiz can attack both air n ground units so what is its use..
