Request ownership for the account process

Hello SIR/MAAM,

I am freaking out. I asked supercell if they could look into an issue, because I felt an other person might be accessing my account. I provided them with the gem bills and some further answers to their questions.
Now they have banned my village.

"Account temporarily banned. Verifying ownership. If you want to request ownership for this account, please contact us and mention this ticket number : XXXXXXX

So I contacted them through their email address
