That's very odd... never happened to me. I know nothing about the subject, but I would recommend providing screenshots for more information. Hope you get this fixed :D

Kinda new here...tried to get a screen shot but only get the top part of the clans...
I wish we could enjoy it, our clan has the 20 and the 15 ofthe other clan is mmatched to our top 15...our low 5 have no one to attack and all their stars are up for grabs. Any help on getting a screen shot that will get whole clan war list?...
