what's the best way to attack this base?
I have level 3 golems, maxed hogs, maxed loons, lvl 1 lava hounds.
You don't, you drop down to a base you have a chance of 2 starring
I'm assuming you're a th9, and if so, yes,its a very easy base to two star. however, you want to three star, and with its ground facing xbows and single target infernos, that's doable, but a little challenging, provided you have a good plan; here is my suggestion:
Army: 0-2 giants, 6-8 hogs, 3 lava hounds, 18 loons
CC: maxed lava hound
Spells: 4 rage spells
General plan: Basically this plan im about to describe has 5 main steps: 1. luring cc/destroying first ad, 2. destroying cc troops, 3. first 2 hound drops, 4. cc hound drop, 5. last hound drop. This is a variation of a typical clockwise sectioned lavaloon attack strategy.
1. luring cc/destroying first ad
- if you have maxed giants, drop 1 giant in front of each side-bottom archer towers to tank
- release all your hogs on the bottommost archer tower; that should get the lure, and likely get the wizard towers and ad at that bottom compartment
2. destroying cc troops (AFTER all hogs (and giants) are destroyed)
- if theres a maxed hound in cc, skip this step
- if not, deploy both heroes at the very bottom of the base, king first, and use abilities one at a time when they respectively get to half health. L15+ heroes should easily take out any 30 space cc composition (that's dangerous against air attacks
- if you don't have at least L10+ for both heroes, sacrifice a loon for 5 barbs, and look up how to do "Kami loon kill" (basically bunching up cc in a tight knit group, and dropping 1-2 loons on top of the group, or near the group, to destroy them via their death splash damage)
3. first two hound drops (AFTER both hero abilities are activated one by one)
- drop two hounds parallel to left most archer tower (AT) and follow it with 2 loons at that cannon, and 1-2 seconds after, 4 loons at the AT next to it
- rage directly between left inferno and left most archer tower
4. cc hound drop (AFTER western air defense is down)
- drop cc hound to the left of spell factory
- follow with 3 loons on AT next to left wizard tower (WT), 2 loons at cannon on other side of that WT
- place rage just southeast of the upper left WT
5. last hound drop (AFTER northern air defense is down)
- drop last hound above topmost right side elixir collector
- follow with 2 loons on cannon next to right WT, and 3 loons at AT on other side of WT
- place last 2 loons on rightmost cannon
- rage directly between the two ATs in front of eastern air defense
- AFTER eastern air defense is down, place down last rage directly between right side inferno and queen altar- this is to speed loons up AND have lava pups kill queen
This strategy I just described, because I have nothing to do rn, and might as well help a fellow clasher; has a lot of variables, and can go horrible wrong; most three star strats such as this either end in a 3 star or a 0-1 star, and as I don't know your hero levels, or how well you can follow these steps, and how smoothly you can follow them, it can go wrong.
