New spell: Whirlwind of Souls

Description: Call upon the souls of fallen warriors and put them into a whirlwind to damage and horrify enemy troops and defenses!
Duration: 2.5 seconds
Damage: 300 total
Horrify: Horrifies archer towers, wizards on wizard towers, and clan castle troops For the duration of the spell
Cost: 35,000
Upgrade cost: 650,000
1st upgrade: 650,000
2nd:1,300,000
3rd:1,950,000
4th2,600,000
5th: 3,250,000 (MAX LVL)
Appearance: Souls of fallen barbarians whirl around in a normal radius and an additional 5 barbarians are added for each upgrade (the level one Whirlwind of Souls spell starts with 10 souls of fallen barbarians)
Could be used for Clan wars to horrify clan troops and archer towers

This idea is too much like the Resurrection spell, which has already been ruled out.
