Hello, hay day I was banned today for a drawing made on the crop, it is written that if you do not take my design I will come banned. But if you are already banned how do I remove it?

The ban message should indicate the amount of time you have been banned. I thought situations like this only got you a 2 week ban. Does it give a length of time in your ban message?
Maybe choose wisely and more mature-like in the future. Please don't subject the other HD players to whatever joke you are trying to show to a nearby.

Reply to them that it was a bad choice on your part and request that they remove the design for you so you can get back to playing your game. What some see as innocent behaviour, others that aren't in on the joke or meaning, see as something else.
Supercell has the ability to modify it for you. They have moved things on my farm before upon request by me.

How do you contact them if you have been banned? Can you still access the in-game support and help section?
I would imagine not but I don't know.
They have an email address, I don't know what happens if you use it or how long it takes to be answered, I am pretty sure the best way to contact someone is through the game itself or maybe a moderator can offer some good advice, but for what it is worth: http://supercell.com/en/contact-us/

Yes, that's what I am saying to the replies before mine, who suggest contacting them. :)

Thats a good point. But don't they have email? I thought sc did replies thru email also.
To the best of my knowledge all you can do is wait out the ban, which varies in length. It could be a few days to a couple of weeks. You'll need to attempt to sign in each day until your game is finally unlocked. Then change that layout immediately.
I suggest that you take a snapshot of your farm after the offense has been removed and send it to Support as proof that you've done as they asked.
