In clan skrimishes

I don't know how many times I hear, "I could three star your base" or "my base is better set up than yours." So why don't you allow us to test this? Allow us to have in clan skrimish. No trophies should be lost in the process though.
1.) Allow us to skrimish each other (both must be willing)
2.) And even let us bet on it. Like so many elixer, gold, and even DE

The betting will never happen. Too exploitable. Base A makes his base easy to attack and they bet 500K on it. Base B intentionally attacks horribly to transfer 500K elixir to Base A. So that won't happen.

As for the idea itself it's been suggested numerous times and I would like to see it or at least be able to test my own base.
