Too many sado's staying online 24/7 being able to attack but not be attacked! If everyone does this there wouldn't be a game. Does anyone really need more than 8 hours a day? Could also been seen as supercell being responsible discouraged children to spend there life on a game!
I don't believe the blame should be on Supercell, but rather on the parents that allow their kids to play on it. Parents should know what their kids are doing on their devices and both the child and the parent should be responsible for that, not Supercell.
Also, to the point of 8 hours/day. People normally don't even play COC when it's open on their device, but rather keep it open as a means to avoid being raided.
Missed the point completely, not blaming sc. Rather saying they can use this in idea in a positive light. And the point is, if everyone keeps the app open to avoid being raided, there'll be no one to raid! Making the game pointless. My aim was to make it fair again. Make it a game of games. Rather than a contest of who has the best ♥♥♥♥ to avoid ever being offline. Why should that be awarded with protection of never being attacked for nothing. The choice for not being attacked should be purchasing a shield. Not leaving your PC on 24/7.
I don't believe you know, but Supercell has fixed this. They make sure those that leave their device on COC too long will be forcably removed temporarily from the game. Maybe I should change my wording that people open COC "all day", but rather they open it as long as they can. For example, I don't open it during classes, but rather during the 6 hours between my time to go to bed and after school.Quote:

I'm not actively watching the game when I'm staying online to avoid getting attacked. And I get kicked off every 6 hours anyways for 5-7 minutes, and pretty much always get attacked when that happens.Quote:

And a fine example of someone opposing this, who can only be attack for 5mins in every 6 hours. If everyone was kicked off from time to Time then the game could be enjoyed as intended.
During CW battle days several of us are online for lengthy periods and a fairly quite the next day. I suspect it’s the same in most clans thst are organized and use a dynamic targetting strategy rather than a set battle day plan.
One of our leadership team works as an EMT for a rural area EMS. Callouts are few and far between, so he is constantly on monitoring the attacks. Are you suggesting he is wasting his life on CoC ?
The game is working as it is. There are enough targets presented in multi-player.
This suggestion would negatively impact on too many people without offering any real benefit to the game.
In the end it's not much different from the noobs who leave their TH's outside to ride 12 hour shields. They're only vulnerable once every 24 hours. Staying online 24/7 you're vulnerable once every 36 hours, who cares.Quote:

Not sure about the 8hr/day limit. People should be able to play CoC as much as they want. HOWEVER, people also should not be allowed to keep the game running even when they aren't playing such that they can only get raided every 6 hours. The fix regarding kicking players off that are online without playing for more than 6 hours is a start, but as someone mentioned there are apps that can trick the game into thinking they are still playing when they aren't. Perhaps the best fix would be to kick people off that have been online for 6 hrs in a row, regardless of whether the mouse is moving or not. Then again, even if they did that people would just log off for 10 seconds and log back on.
Players are always going to try to find ways to ch-t the game. You or anyone else are welcome to keep their game on 24-7 and do the same thing. This particular strategy is perfectly legal, although cheap.
