Heroes/Inferno Rebalancing Requested
Hello,
Here's what happened today to finally make me send this complaint/suggestion:
I am a level 103 that heads a 10v10 war clan. We have 77 wins and are very experienced. We are currently up 19-17 in the war, with us having three attacks and them having a weaker four attacks left. I decide to use my hog strategy against a TH10 with a heal/freeze spell combo and attack. Although my hogs got destroyed faster than I imagined by the infernos (which I will get to later on as well) I was able to clear their cc and continue attacking around the outside. My King is down (which is another issue) so I only had my Queen. As the rest of my archers get destroyed I use my power. My Queen ignores the TH it could've easily destroyed past a wall too (yet another issue in attacking) and attacks other buildings over an outside wall. It destroys the closer ones, I'm at 49%! Attack the mortar just past the next wall and I have a star, right?
No, wrong. The Queen and her minion archers simply attack the wall, and the mortar and archer tower behind it kill whats left of my army. So there I sit, stuck at 49%, with yet again not a start to be seen.
Here are my complaints and suggestions:
The heroes have to be rebalanced. There is no reason a hero should attack a wall when a perfectly fine defense is in sight to attack. Heroes should also be slightly more attracted to destroying the Town Hall (as that is the prime objective, is it not?) and less distracted by attacking a wall. They also should have more recognition when an opposing hero or clan castle troops will attack it, as these can dismantle heroes easily.
Next, Infernos have to be rebalanced a bit too. Yes, there should be a rewarding defense for TH10. But there is literally no offense to help attack it. It does far too much DPS too quickly and prevents any troop from being healed (which is kind of ridiculous having that bonus along with the single stack and multiple attack options.) You gave us Lava Hounds, which helps nothing when combatting an Inferno Tower. Either nerf the towers a bit, or give us something to truly oppose that defense.
After that, I believe you should be able to use Heroes when in war, regardless if they are upgrading. Until they are done upgrading, they should simply be the level they are. Example: I am currently upgrading to a Level 12 King, so I should be able to use my King at Level 11 during the war. It truly cuts into peoples attack strategies and especially where I am at I can almost constantly be putting a hero down therefore making wars very tough on me.
As a last ask, a suggestion would be to be able to use elixir for walls at one lower level, Level 7 to Level 8. I have built every building I can do and upgrade with elixir, leaving the laboratory and walls. However, I have almost all Level 7 walls and have not started Level 8, so my extra elixir is nearly useless while I still have to sacrifice all of my gold.
I truly hope these critical updates are taken to heart to make a fair and balanced game that will keep people happy and willing to war constantly. I have contributed to playing this game for a long time and am really starting to get frustrated recently with these issues that have presented themselves.
