There is a barracks for dark elixir and elixir, so why not make a gold barracks?
In the gold barracks, there will be new troops.
If gold is hard for you to get at a certain time, you could use elixir barracks. If elixir is hard, you should use the gold barracks.
These should be released at th 4 or 5
The game plays out 'basically', as gold for structures and elixir for troops, I can't see the point in adding a gold barracks unless it comes with a completely new and different troop set.
Yes I understand that elixir was/is used for walls but this is due to their volume and resource cost.
