Individual Troop Upgrades

Title is misleading, I know, but I couldn't think of a better one.

There should be a new building, called a university or something, that can change a troops ai for a bunch of gold (tuition) and a long time. For example, say you want to have giants hit whatever they want, for some strange reason. You would send the giants (one at a time) to the university to learn how to attack whatever building they want.

I feel like it would be balanced because it would generally not be cost effective or time effective to send troops to be upgraded if you weren't in war.

To further balance it, there would be intelligence levels for each troop. For example, everyone knows drags and pekka are both dumb as a rock, so they would take a long time to learn the new ai you want them to have.

As you upgrade the university, you get access to more targeting choices, with the final level being a very expressive, very long upgrade that let's a unit target only the town hall.

I don't know what town hall level this would be good to be at, nor do I have any idea on the prices, I just thought that this would be a valuable thing to have without being too overly powerful. It would also bring in some fresh attack strategies, which I feel like the game is running low on right now.
