3000 gems ($30) gone due to SCs ignorance.

About a week ago I had noticed someone was logging on to my village. The "someone is trying to connect" pop up kept coming up. Whenever I woke up, I would notice some buildings were moved around. I messaged SC support in-game and they told me to give them some information to confirm my ownership. I did. They finished it off with a "There's nothing we can do." BULL. Here is my base how I found it when I woke up.

Keep in mind I DID change all my passwords. NO one has my GC or G+ account info.

They don't care.

It means your village is linked to another device and changing your password won't stop that device from accessing it. haha.

How would they link it in the first place? I'm the only one with access to my phone and tablet.

The best you can do now is to ask Apple / Google depending on where you bought the gems for a refund, they usually give you your money back, and I would say its not forbidden, because you contacted SC and they werent able to resolve your problem. Anyway pretty bad for you, as you cant do anything else.

Anyone who has access to your Apple ID/ Game Center account can link your village to any device. You should have safeguarded those info. I do have $30 but I ain't sending it to you. Haha. :P

Because even after they requested all the info they needed to confirm ownership and i gave it they said there is nothing they can go. Why did the request for the all the info then?
