Hello there, i am in a clan war and my goal is to take out a really hard Maxed TH9.
I am TH9, all maxed even my troops.
My army is: 2 golems, 3 pekkas, 16 wiz, 10 wb, 1 archer, BK and AQ both level 14
My spells: 3 rages, 1 jump.
How do i take out his base, can i even get 2 stars? Do i need to change my army?

i'm pretty sure that you can 3-star this base using GoWiWi, GoWipe or even Lavaloonion, but i recommend using GoWiWi against this base, and take some hogs with you to clean up the last defenses, so it will be a HoGoWiWi, use 5 hogs and take 6 more hogs in your cc, use 3 heal spells and 1 rage spell, 2 golems,8 or 10 wall breakers,5 witches and the rest wizards, when you got the town hall and you are around 50-60% damage, release all your hog riders in one place and then heal them twice with heal spells, and that's it, this base will get 3 stars ....
I think using cb/shattered laloon from the AQ side can potentially destroy 2 AD, cc and queen. Once that's done, its an easy job for laloon to hit 100%. Even destroying one AD, queen and cc is enough to end with 3 stars
Hogging would be super easy. You need to kill queen and then place a golem and wiz and some witches at the bottom after cc lured to kill the cc and then destroy the location of a double bomb next to the wix towers. Then hogs in with heals and 3 stars.
Penta LavaLoonion = game, set, match.
Really hard maxed th9 is really another thing.. Here, as the member above me said, you can get really easy 3 stars with a pentalaloon.
Your baloons will follow your hounds, there's a clear path for your baloons with defences placed like that! Go and get 3 stars

Pretty easy Holowiwi...
Open with loons taking out exposed point defense in one for one trades... take out the entire lower compartment with targeted balloons which clears the potential Double Giant Bomb (DGB) pathing, loons to top cannon to remove pathing across potential DGB. No pathing in the core exists to really cause much harm... just make sure a heal is down for your hogs.
After you get the CC lured, pull them to the top and kill them with 2 witch, 2 wiz & archer queen backing it up... create a funnel on the top that will force your troops to go towards the right towards the AQ. Drop a Golem and BK to head in, and when the AQ hops the wall to fire on your golem, your king takes her out. Hog in from the side... and 3 stars will be yours.
I'm sure all of this comes across real weird via text... but if you have experience with 3 star strategies (I'm guessing not much due to the call for help), it should make sense.

Max golem in your cc a few wizards and your heroes should be enought to take the AQ from the top as well as the northern air defences.
Then Laloon from the bottom, loon deployment from the side for the clearest pathway to the air defence.

Lava Loon from any direction.. Go in a Clockwise or Counter Clockwise direction, Lavas/Loons dropped at the same time. And quickly drop minions after to make sure you don't run out of time
