Looking for some advice on what to research next, I am a TH9 with the following. I currently use barch for farming and lavaloonion in war. Advice is welcome. My king is going to 13 right now and my queen is 12.

Heal going to 6 (max)
Rage 5 (max)
Barbs 6 (max)
Goblins 5 (max)
Wb 5 (max)

Personally, since you have max hounds (for th9) and max balloons, you should probably go with archers. Im assuming you use quadrolaloon, which is: 3 Hounds, 26 Balloons, and a hound in the castle (which will 3 star any th9 with ease).
Since you use barch for farming, getting lvl 6 archers should vastly improve your resource intake. At th9, anything but quadroloon is just useless in war, because nothing but that can get consistent 3 stars like it can. Definitely max everything out before moving to th10 though.
