I would go with a GoWiWI and if it was a large core then maybe toss in a few valks and the compostion depends on the base type.
Gowiwi with jump / freeze spells?
Or th10 Lavaloonion ?
Gowiwi or laloonian would destroy this base
Freeze spell.
If you are a town hall 9 or lower and the th10 has two inferno towers you won't 3 star. Inferno towers make you effectively immune to all attacks exept from other th10s.
