Even with his 40 won and 10 lost in champ league, it can easily yielded more than (40-10) × 20 = 600 trophies in champion league. 3200 + 600 = 3800 trophies. Either he did not tell the truth or lousy in attacking, or both. For sure, he lied in his title at first place.

So, a much higher record can be made. Did they do that? No, because they know that the fake record can be planted in that way, but not meaningful to do so.
