War Preperation Wait Time Idea

No, I do get that point. I am saying in such case there would be a longer wait on war day which I think if prep day was bugging you already that will bug you more. You need to consider that longer wait.

This one little bit I will give back to the OP. Using the scenario I gave above...If a clan clicks the ready button after 3 hours and then after waiting 4 more hours goes to bed, and 3 hours after that in the middle of their night the other clan clicks it so the battle starts. That would mean prep days was only 10 hours so war day is not 38 hours, or a day in a half, with the end of the war not moved up on them. So when they wake up the next day and find their war started they still have plenty of time to pick up. They would not wake up to find they have shortened battle time and now need to hurry. DSo as long as the OP does not mind the additional wait, here it would work in his favor.

Not a fan of this idea. But if it was optional then we just would not use it and make the other clan wait 24 hours. We specifically start our war search time to maximize our availability to attack in the war. Not about to lose that advantage just because you're impatient.

I also agree a war period has ot be 48 hours. But if they did this quicker war prep thing - I dont agree the actual battle day should make up the diff. It should still be 24 hours. Any extra time should be part of a cool down where you cant start a new war.

But again - I do not support the original suggestion anyway.

After battle day commences it will only last 24 hours instead of the entire two day war process. If both clans are ready within an hour then the war will last 25 hours total.

I never said the leftover hours in war prep would roll over into the actual war ATTACK time. The attack part of war would still be 24hours. I Never said I was tired of waiting or impatient, just suggesting an idea since clan exp is now available and this would also help speed up the time to level up your clan since a war doesn't have to exactly last 48 hours. I know some people wouldn't be up for the idea which is why u said the button could be a choice. It's all a choice really, nothing is really being forced.

Good point. Also, a lot of times clans aren't ready to go until the last hour or so - 24 hrs is nothing

I just want to start every war at the same time and need a little extra time for the search and kicking people etc

Then it can't happen sir. There has to be 48 hours of time between bonus payouts and awarding xp points.

What you are suggesting would (assuming haf the clans jump right to 25 hours) be about a 30% increase on bonus and xp payouts that SC has to do.
That....

1. cuts into their profit margin (to say they should not care or to expect them not to is naïve),
2. disrupts the game economy they are maintaining (they would have to cut down on other sources of loot entering the game)
3. dispupts the balance they have set up for xp points and clan perks (That is too new for me to understand all the balancing factors they would have to tweak to adjust for that)

So the total time has to stay at 48 hours meaning that if both clans hit the button after one hour then the battle day becomes 47 hours.

I realize you never said it would roll in, I am aware you did not think of that when you made your suggestion. But what you did ask for requires that it roll up because SC cannot speed up the rate at which they pay stuff out bonuses and xp points.

As far as the benefit to SC being that guys get more loot and level up faster, that is not an advantage to them at all. To them its a reason not to do it. They don't want you to level up faster nor do they want to pay you more bonus. While you may play this game only for fun you should not forget that they run this game only for making profit.

This is true and another reason why the end of war can't be allowed to move up any sooner.
