Queen to 5 should always be done first. After that it just depends how serious you are about clan wars and how much de you farm.
If you are serious about clan wars, the de researches are necessary to 3-star TH9 bases. But high level heroes are also necessary to 3-star high level TH9 bases. Keep that in mind. It sucks learning about strategies that 3-star bases and then trying to duplicate those strategies, yet failing... NOT because you didn't execute correctly, but because your heroes were too low.
