How do you use GOWIPE?

So I'm a mid level th8 and I keep hearing about this GOWIPE strategy. What is it?

Golem, Wiz, Pekka

Basically, golem as tank and wiz behind him. Drop wb's and make a path for your
heroes and pekkas to get inside the core.

2x Golem - LVL 2
10-WB - lvl 5
15 Wizard - LVL 5
2 Archers - Lvl 5
2 P.E.K.K.A. Lvl 3
