I have a relatively small clan and would like to recognize activity level and contributions to the clan without making them co-leader. Currently its member, elder, co-leader. I would like to suggest two additional ranks. Perhaps probationary before full member, and senior elder before co-leader. I apologize if this suggestion has already been posted.
