Ice traps are things that freeze all troops that step on them. It works by stopping the troops that come within 2 spaces of it for 10 seconds with a limit of 30 troops. It can stop anything but air troops. A strategy for them is to put them in range of strong defenses. No spells can get the troops out. After the troops get out, they will go at half speed for the remaining time for the raid. It is unlocked at town hall level 6 and costs 20,000 gold, and any upgrades increase the length of time the troops stay frozen. They all cost twice as much gold as the last. They are 3-2 spaces.
