Wrongly banned! Will SC do anything abt it?

I find out that I was banned for 48 hrs in this morning. I sent a email to sc at 11am and my friend sent one within the game but no one respond. I wonder why hv I been banned. I have a clan war at 5pm that I cant even attend or change my war plan. I just wondering will sc do anything abt it? Is it just gonna be reporting random ppl that they will get banned without reason? Even it is a wrongly banned, Sc not gonna respond on it?:mad::mad:

I don't see anything wrong with that base, if they banned you for that then I feel sorry for you and I hope you will get unbanned ASAP.

These bans are getting absurd... Have you ever had an offensive layout? Perhaps the ban was a reult of an older complaint.

Not offensive, but then again, I have no idea what it means. It says, "Loading" with a person's face but what is that supposed to mean?

no I don't have any other plan with words on it. I only use these plans in this month. I have no idea why I got banned. I have not un-banned yet. I wonder how long does SC respond on this?:( numerous ppl are using faking war plan in the preparation day and it doesn't against the rule right?

Not at all. The only base with words on it is the "Loading" one.

As far as I know, only offensive bases are bannable, not the fake ones. It could be a good strategy to make a fake war base because certain opponent members can copy your base, and by making a fake one and changing it right before the war starts you prevent that. Sadly, the base banning is getting out of hand, more and more people are using this as a strategy to help winning wars by the absence of an enemy member due to being banned, but also being an easy 3 star because of the base layout, and more and more innocent people with bases that are not offensive get banned. It's pretty sad and frustrating, I feel your pain OP.

sigh,,, usually th8 player cant score 3stars on my war base. Its gonna give easy 3.... AND I missed the chance of attack as well because It banned me for 48 hours...

Unfortunatly Supercells response isn't usually quick enough to do anything about a 2 day ban. When you get back in the game I would follow up and see if they have any further explanation.

It is really ridiculous.. is there any administrator manage this kinds of suspension? Is it just gonna report someone that they will get banned? If Loading + a smile face would get banned, I guess people who has flags in their war base plan will get banned as well lol

Banning is inconsistent

We were in a war where one of the opposition had spelt out the f word with their walls. One of our clan members took screenshots and lodged it with SC. Our clan member received a response before the offending person had used their attacks in the war. Can't remember exactly what it said, but it was along the lines of he had been warned. A few hours later the offending player used their attacks in the war. So no 48 hour ban for spelling f word with your walls apparently.

I'm not doubting you or anything, but I'm assuming you have a different base that has offensive base layout. Sure, you can tell us you didn't, but there will never be any concrete evidence, since if you posted a screenshot of all your bases you likely could have erased the offensive base and replaced it.

However if you were truly wrongfully banned, I'm sorry and hope you get unbanned soon!

Even I post all my base in here, you can say that I erase the offensive layout, Why dont SC come out here and show us the screenshot? They must have a evidence to banned me. One of my friend was playing in this game, there was a spy join their clan that cause them lose the war. They request SC to banned the spy and SC was asking for the screenshot to proof it. So SC must have a evidence right? Ask SC to show that, I have shown everything that I have.
