New Defense

There should be a new air defense that does splash damage. Also to keep this in balance make level 7 balloons/ level 7 minions or level 5 dragons 👍👎?

we already have one it's a wizards tower, adding additional air defence would be to OP defensively. Offence should always be slightly stronger than defence.
