Temporarily Ban for ownership check

Hi guys,

A few days ago my account have been ♥♥♥♥.
I've contact Supercell for help, they ask my questions like - when i installed the game, what was my location when i installed it, when i think my account been compromised and etc..

A day past after i answered those questions and my account got temporarily Ban for ownership check and i got a ticket number that i need to contact them back.

I've alreday send them an email about that but i didnt got an answer.
I send email with my ticket number to this address - clashofclans.feedback@supercell.com

Someone can tell me what is the estimated time to handle with this kind of case?

You have already talked to them in-game. You don't need to send any email, that is just a generic message sent out to all parties.

The ban goes for 48 hours.
