Allow communication between two opposing clans during clan war..
It can be on the right sidebar on clan war page or it could be another tab from left sidebar chat..
Defeating some clan without having a talk is somewhat boring.
I think other players would like to have some place where they can outburst their bragging rights.
It can also help players practice their English speaking skills.. O.o

I think this is ruled out because people would talk trash and such to the enemy
