The Mirage Spell shall be unlocked in the 6th level of spell factory as a new spell.
When used in a battle, it creates a ring on the battleground similar in size to that created by the Jump Spell.
Troops inside the ring will then seem to double up or in other words, produce another copy of themselves which can be called as "Mirage Troops" (Only up to certain housing space which is dependent upon the level of the spell).
"Mirage Troops" will be temporary, with lowered damage and health but with same level and other statistics as that of the original troops.
They will last only a certain period of time (Which is also dependent on the level of the spell) and vanish once this time expires (They can even die beforehand if their health drops to zero).
To distinguish "Mirage Troops" from other troops on the battleground, they can be made to appear little fainter or can be made to carry a badge similar to the one carried by clan castle troops.

Max Total Housing Space of Troops Doubled - 15
Time for which "Mirage Troops" last - 6 sec
Health/Damage of "Mirage Troops" w.r.t. original troops - 50%
Level 2
Max Total Housing Space of Troops Doubled - 20
Time for which "Mirage Troops" last - 7sec
Health/Damage of "Mirage Troops" w.r.t. original troops - 60%
Level 3
Max Total Housing Space of Troops Doubled - 25
Time for which "Mirage Troops" last - 8 sec
Health/Damage of "Mirage Troops" w.r.t. original troops - 70%
Level 4
Max Total Housing Space of Troops Doubled - 30
Time for which "Mirage Troops" last - 10 sec
Health/Damage of "Mirage Troops" w.r.t. original troops - 80%
The Mirage Spell will strengthen the attack as more troops will be added on the battle field.
It can be a game changer in cases when most of your troops are attacking non-defensive buildings and only few are fighting the attacks of defensive buildings. You can use this spell on those few troops, double them up and take down the enemy defense quicker before it kills all of your troops. It can thus help engage enemy defense as they might be busy targeting newly formed troops while your other heavy troops destroy the base down.
Defensive Buildings with area splash damage (Mortars, wizard towers, etc.) will have an advantage over this spell as such buildings do not target individual troops but do a damage over an area.
But attacks of Mortars and Bombs may bounce them apart causing some "Mirage Troops" to move in direction different to that of original troops. This will help in destroying other defensive buildings and also trigger Hidden Teslas, Bombs, Spring Trap and other traps that could have damaged the original troops.
In case there are more troops in the spell ring than it can double, then troops with higher housing space will be doubled first. (More housing space = More priority)
For instance, if there are 5 archers and 3 giants inside the ring of Level 1 Mirage Spell, only the giants shall be doubled.
And if there is one golem, 1 giant, 2 wizards and 5 barbarians inside the ring of Level 3 Mirage Spell, only 1 giant, 2 wizards and 5 barbarians shall be doubled.
The health remaining of the troop inside the ring has no effect on the health of the "Mirage Troops".
For instance, Two giants, one with full health and other with half health, upon use of Level 1 Mirage Spell, will give rise to same kind of Mirage giant with 50% of max. health and 50% damage
"Mirage Troops" are unaffected by all kinds of spells (Healing Spell wont heal them, Jump spell wont help them jump over walls, Rage spell wont boost their attack and speed, Mirage spell wont double them). But they can be healed by Healers though.
Skeletons, Golemites and Lava Pups cannot be doubled by this spell. But if a Witch, Golem or a Lava Hound is doubled using this spell, they will produce "Mirage" Skeletons, Golemites and Lava Pups respectively. But such creatures will last as long as the effect of the spell lasts.
(The Ring is only to denote the area in which the doubling effect of Mirage Spell can be seen. The Mirage Troops once formed can move out of this ring and continue fighting until the time of effect of spell expires.)
