Not able to switch accounts

We're doing a quick server reboot, so some users may see the "maintenance break" popup but it's not really a maintenance and you should only get that prompt for like one minute or two

FYI now I can switch account normally for the 3rd time. Hope it can stay this way..

I am still having this issue. I tried clearing the data but also could only switch once.
