Donating resources within clan

I don't know if this has been ruled out or not but I didn't see it. I had an idea to donate resources within the clan for upgrades and making troops. I ran into this when I was fully upgraded waiting for my TH to upgrade and my storages were maxed out. I think this would be a good way of helping the clan out, especially for lower THs. A way to do this is just like donating troops but have a bar on how much you would like to donate and depending on the recipient's THor CC, there would be a max amount they would be able to receive from each request. Possibly, some how correlating with how much war loot their CC can hold.

Too exploitable. Guys would set up multiple accounts to feed and push one.

Like I said I didn't see it. I did look at the ruled out but only saw it in the similar posts after I posted this. No need for Mr. Grumpy to come out.

Yes it could be exploited but with proper regulations it could be limited. Plenty of other games have it and they embrace it.

None of this matters though since it has been ruled out.

Yes, it's ruled out. It's incredibly exploitable as said above. It would be nice to help out clan members by giving them loot, but it won't be a thing since it is so easy to exploit.
