Just completed two Cold-Blooded LaLoon attacks this war for a total of 5*'s!!! Ironically it was the weaker base that I only 2*'d ... Ran out of time! :facepalm: :smirk:

So I have a question I'd like to ask on behalf of a clanmate of mine. What war strategies do you recommend for TH10 vs TH10? Does LaLoon translate to TH10 nicely or won't it continue to be a 3*? :confused:

Before the update I was having good runs against TH10s with Penta using maxed hounds, even two-starred a couple with maxed infernos which was great. Had less luck after update so think I need to play around with cold blood type attacks with a ground element rather than pure air.

Currently playing safe with GoWiPe and going for the two star, but would love to get back to regular 3 star wins again :(

I don't have a lot of time to write a full answer right now, you two, but here's where I am at for TH10: I am, as you know, a TH9, so it is incredibly hard for me to advise you on TH10 until the TH10's in my clan start to pump out 3-Stars consistently. As soon as they are consistently putting out 3-Star attacks, I'll put out a ton of content. The issue, I think, is that currently the game is such that a 2-Star by a TH10 on a TH10 is like... the "best" someone can hope for and 3-Stars is exceptional.

I wish I could help more with TH10 but right now I can't because I'm not a TH10! I'm limited to TH8/9 until, as I said, my boys in Cold September start pumping out the 3's. 2's are no problem, but we don't want videos on that!

I got 3★ on my 2nd attack!
3star to a weak Th8.
I have been using Mass DG in CW and mostly ended up with1or 2★.
Now, I truly learned so much from yr guide, my elder!

Hi Castles,

Our clan is currently haven’t some trouble attacking th8 & 9 bases. There troops are ok level but they just can’t get three stars.

I am trying to get them to look up attacking strategies and such but still not seeing a great improvement. As a max th7 (soon to be th8) I am not really in a position of knowledge to advise them on finer points of their strategies.

Is there any chance you could have a look at some replays and advise us?

Would be greatly appreciated. (also, have enjoyed the videos, has made me more prepared for 8/9)
