I have two ideas it will make game butter than befor no waste time in clan war.And more cooperation between the player in the clan
the first idea we have in war 24 preparation day it waste our time it take one hour to be ready for warclan I suggest to put bottom [ready for war clans] in my team and enemy team when my team finish the preparation for war clans we press the bottom and we we'll be ready and when the enemy team finish the preparation they press the bottom and start war clans no need for waiting 24 hour.and sometime in the war withdraw from the war clans because the enemy is stronger than us but there no choice we have to complete the 24 hour, I suggest to put other bottom for the clan who want withdraw during the war and call the bottom [surrender] and the clans who want withdraw they press the bottom and the other clans the accept the surrender when they finish there attack and they wen the war and the war finish no need to wait 24 hour to the war finish.we well save the time and we can do anther war Easley.

The second idea I suggest to donate golds, elixir and dark elixir if I have clan castle level 6 it means I have storage in clan castle 2000000 gold and elixir,and 10000 dark elixir. The idea when I donate golds,elixir or dark elixir go to there clan castle and after that the collect it. And the limit for donate for clan castle 6 level each week only the number of the storage in clan castle.he can donat many of his friend tell the limit finish

Too many assumptions 24 hour prep is not at all a waste of time.
The ready for war option wouold give the opposing side to pick any time to start the war - that's a hell of an advantage for them.
Withdrawing is selfish it robs the attackers of war loot - xps etc - as well as your own clan mates.
