I think wizardhttp://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items...rrow-10x10.png training time is way too long for what they should be. If Supercell could reduce the training time to 4 minutes. I actually think wiz training time is a little short, and wouldn't mind it if it was a little longer, to compensate for the massive amount of damage they do.

Too bad we can't have another Wizard event (http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...ard+event+hair Yes, I searched 'wizard event hair' to find it :p Gave 2 results). It had reduced times and costs. Likely isn't going to happen again, since Supercell likely got all the data they needed from it, and choose to keep times as they are.
Then again, that's my 'conspiracy theory', Supercell using these Events as a way to not only boost popularity and shake up the in-a-rut feeling, but also as a covert way of data gathering. They can run these events, spin them as something else, and do these game mechanics test without being obligated to keep the effects long term. They get thier stuff, players are happy, and usually the playerbase is nonethewiser. :smirk:

If these are overpowered, better to reduce their HPs than to have really long training times.
Wizards are supposed to be lightly clad, it is odd that they have as much HP as they do. They should not be surviving a high level lightening spell or cannon shots.
They take so many hits in the face. After a few seconds of being burned, electrified, shot in the eye with arrows, shot in the face with cannonballs, and smashed in the skull with giant flaming blobs, we may safely say he is dead. Finally.Quote:

Both have been penalized with long training times. Too long. If they need penalization, it should be through lower HP. Both are troops requiring tanking.
Wizard HP values more like barbarian HP would be more like it. Wizards who abandon their protection deserve to die.
They should, however, have a longer range, longer than archers. Then, they would work with archers.
8 Minutes is too long. I think they should reduce it to 4-6 minutes.

I do have to admit, the wood paneling as balloon armor is kind of silly... But if you remove the health, that's going to change the dynamics of so many things in-game. How do you tank for balloons? Lava hound? Dragons? That's not going to go over well. Dragons would need to be repurposed to do other roles then if that were the case.
