New hero: Overlord
I have an idea based on the fact that the prior heroes have been based on tier one troops. To complete the set, minions need a leader as well.
This is only a rough idea, and i don't expect it to be thorough, but only to explain the concept.
It would be a flying hero with about 1200 health and 140 attack. Start cost would be 60k DE, upgrading starts at 45k. Available at TH10, relevant point to be made on that later.
It would have a bit more than an archer's range, but less than the queen. The ability it possesses would be specialized to it's demon nature. It ignites in flame, dealing a circular area of effect damage to all buildings within 2 spaces for 5 seconds. The main part of this ability would be that it makes the Overlord fireproof, and also any minions within a 5 space radius. This would make it an anti inferno UNIT.
The most debatable point in my thought is how many minions, and how healing is administered. I propose a 3 minion start, a little puny, but appropriate in proportion to BAM raids. As for the healing, i think making it absorb fire keeps it from being unstoppable to th9s. Basically, if there is no inferno tower, there is no healing.
Anyone with input, or criticism, or anything really helpful, please share your thoughts ;)
Edit: Oops, i haven't been on in so long that i forgot to search for similar. However, i can't help but notice how OP people seem to think Overlord should be. Simple point, minions have way more health than archers, and way less than barbarians. They also take up twice the space. Even maxed out, he would not summon greater than 6 to 8 minions.
Additionally, it would be ridiculous to give him more than +3 attack and +30 health per level. Flying already gives him an edge.
