YESSS!! I'm a town hall 9, all my walls are level 7 or level 9, and I have completed ALL elixir upgrades, both on my base and in the lab, so literally the ONLY thing I can do is upgrade walls. So what I am doing is, when I accumulate 1mil elixir, I use 500k gold to upgrade a wall to level 8, then use the elixir to upgrade it to lvl 9. It makes my base look ♥♥♥♥♥♥ed, and it holds my gold production back
It would destroy the economy, especially for higher town hall.
Wow tough break. Those upgrade choices you made are going t0o frustrate you for a while. But they cant just go screw up the whole game just to help some guy that rushed his THQuote:

Besides ones own base, my walls dont effect anyone. Seeing as every raid i get attacked with after th8 is a loon/lavaloon unless by a Th sniper, or a barcher for my "collectors"
But anyone who wants my storages hits me with an actual raid.

500k gold X 200+ walls the math was something like 120mil roughly just to max th8 walls..!.!.
It took me almost 3 months to do my th8 walls.
That is a lot of raiding and wasted time on walls that will not matter at higher ths due to the ability to lavaloon and loonion.
They didn't so much take it out as they found out after a short but disastrous experiment that it destroys the economy. It did too. the game got totally messed up and it was months before things righted themselves again.
Before that short experiment there was none of this so please don't talk about this like they took away some longstanding mainstay of the game everybody depended on.
I would love to have this back, since I still have a few Lv7 walls left to upgrade to Skulls. But please use the search function before you post, there have been multiple posts on this subject already.
That's just cause it was set up wrong from the beginning IMO. I'll have 5 builders and my lab now sit idol for months cause everything else is maxed. Means walls aren't leveled well IIke everything else And never were.Quote:
