As we all know, the top 3 clans receive gems every 1 or 2 weeks. This means players like Jorge Yao, who I have nothing against, is able to grow freely as everyone else has to work for their status. It's good for the top players and they deserve a reward but does it have to be every week and such a high reward? It doesn't give anyone else an opportunity to move up. Don't get me wrong with this post, I love clash, it's my favorite game, but just see if this gets seen and fixed.:)
The top players pay far more in gems to keep their places than they receive for being in the top 3 clans, so yes it is completely fair.

First, that would not be "Completely" fair. the more you spend in real money the more advantage you have in the game. Second, not all player have the ability to spend real money so they can spend"...far more in gems...". So once again this would not be fair. If paying real money gave you no advantage there would be far less players spending real money to acquiring more Gems and the game would cost more to buy. Those players that ARE spending real money on gems, are getting what they paid for by NOT waiting for building to build or by not waiting to collect gold/elixir for their next upgrade or attack. For ANY player to get an advantage week over week (or every other week in this case) based off this would be unfair. Even tho paying real money is GREAT for the company, it is not a realistic possibility for all players and therefor is not completely fair. In order for the ranking system to be COMPLETELY FAIR Supecell would need to have two different ranking systems; One with those who have not bought ANY gems and those who have (Most likely this would have to brake down into sub category's/levels 0-500 501-1200 so-on and so-on). However as long as people are able to lower their trophy count (or Jump levels) as low as they want without any penalty (not counting loosing trophy's) or without there being a bottom floor level limit the game will never be fair. I think the best solution to this problem is very simple, ranked and non-ranked battles! Non-ranked battles would allow anyone to attack anyone regardless of trophy count and/or town hall level but you would not get ANY trophy's for a win only a set amount of resources (with the player being attacked not loosing their resources). Ranked battles would only allow you to attack someone with the same town hall level but you would not be able to "Jump" levels and you would be able to gain all resources kept by that player not a limited amount/percentage. Since the levels would not be based off trophy count but the town hall level instead this would help to limit top level player(s) jumping back to the lowest levels and then slaughtering the lower ranks, like people do now. Then every other week when rewards are giving out they should be giving to the top ranked player in each town hall level. allowing for a more fair game play! Just my thoughts.
