New troop/hero idea!

In my clan (Kunkle Clan- come check it out!), my leader ANDREW told us to use witches in our attacks for clan wars. When I sat down and thought about this, I thought of a new troop/hero; the necromancer. If it ever gets added, what I envision it to be is a troop/hero that brings recently dead troops back to life, but not with whole health and power. For example, if a pekka dies during a raid, the necromancer brings it back to life, but with half of its health and 3/4's of its power. I hope you consider this idea, supercell. If Troop info (as I see it):

*Unlocked at Dark Barracks Lvl 7 or 8
*Takes up 20 housing spaces
*Costs 600 dark elixir at lvl 1; costs 1000 dark elixir at lvl 3
*Has 3 levels
*Can bring each troop to life only once; can't bring one of itself alive

If Hero info (as I see it):

*Unlocked to get at town hall lvl 8
*50000 dark elixir at lvl 1, 85000 dark elixir at lvl 20
*Has 20 levels
*Can bring each troop up only once
