There are a lot of achievements, some of the thirds do take a while, I personally have 54 complete.

Clan castle troops destroyed.
Clan castle troops deployed.
Traps triggered.
Resources collected from resource buildings.
Total hours spent raiding.
Total squared grid coverage.
Total of personal recruits joined.
Base decorations purchased.
Times boosted buildings.
Times attackers surrendered to your defense.
Time spent in one clan.
Total health healed through spells or healer.
Getting heroes to certain levels.
Getting all troops to certain levels.
Just smaller accomplishments, and numbers of things people would also like to keep track of.
