Resource trade by ship and cart.

This an original idea here from what I've seen. Others have suggested donating recourses through balloon attacks on low lvl bases and other things but this is different.

Give us the abibilty to buy and upgrade ships and carts for recourse trade of gold and elixer, no gems. Limit the amount that this may be done in a period of time. Allow for the period of time to be shortened by using gem boosts. The amount of time should not allow for more than one donation a day not boosted by gems. This would be a fun tactical feature that would draw more players to the game and add more interest to existing players.
