Some background info:
We are currently recruiting MATURE players to join our clan.
The majority of our clan members are between lvl40-50, with highest being lvl85, and lower members at around lvl20.
Average age of our clan members are around 20-30, with younger members at 18, older members in their mid-30s.
About 1/2 of our clan members are from Australia, 1/3 from Canada and the USA, and the rest are from various other countries such as Philippines, China, England, etc.
We only speak English in our clan.
We value fairness and respect.
We do not give out free elders.
Its not easy to earn elder either, it takes a long time. You must stay with the clan for a month MINIMUM, and be active, social, and DONATE. Please don't ask for promotion right after you join. You will be kicked. Elders are people who have earned our trust and respect.
We do not give out dragon, pekka, minion, hog rider, etc to brand new members.
If you want to get them, you have to earn them. Stay with the clan for at least a few days, and DONATE. We don't know if you are a clan hopper or not. No donation = no dragon/pekka/minions/etc. We have to make sure that you are serious about staying with the clan before giving you expensive troops. Also, please don't expect to get whatever you ask, every single time. We aren't your personal troop makers. Think about others too when you are requesting.
Regular donation is a MUST.
Please donate at least 1/3 of what you receive.
This means:
if you received 100 troops, donate at least 30.
if you received 600 troops, donate at least 200.
if you received 1000 troops, donate at least 300.
This rule is set so that for every request you send, (15-25 troops received depending on your clan castle level), you donate 5 troops (You can donate 5 troops per request. So if you like giving archers, 5 archers = 5 troop capacity donated)
DO NOT DONATE GOBLINS OR WALL BREAKERS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ASKED. This is a clan rule.
We value mature members.
I don't think I need to explain how to act on the chat. If you need an explanation on how to be mature or how to act on the chat, please don't join.
I know some people swear from time to time, but please restrain yourself on the chat. A "stupid", or "idiot", or "dumb" here and there are ok, we aren't perfect. No sexual references please.
A little note on the rules established:
Our rules aren't perfect. They may be changed in the future. We are still a relatively young clan, and may not have established the best rules possible. We change our rules pretty often, with addition of new rules, removing old rules, etc. If there are any rules you are not satisfied with, tell us. ;)
Below are some pictures of our clan, showing the amount we donate, and the amount we receive, as well as the level and trophy range of our members. Our members are friendly, helpful, and mature. Most of us stay between 800-1200 trophy range to farm.

As Alynn posted above, it is important that clan members continue to donate and support their clan. It really doesn't cost you much to donate troops such as archers, so there isn't any excuse. If anyone else is looking for a clan that is mature, supports each other and has fun, join Last Drinks!

Would like to help recruit new members.
Looking for advice on global recruit...I describe our clan and I know I would have been interested if I was looking but the only person I got to join took troops and left with a clan hopper swagger. Made me sad.
