Unit Description:
The Grim Reaper is a male unit. He wears a long black cloak which drags on the floor and is trailed by darkness and souls. In the 6 tile diameter around him, nothing but pitched black darkness is on the ground. He carries a large sharp scythe on his shoulder while the blade is pointed away from his back. The face of the grim reaper is covered by the cloak’s hood and only his red eyes which are darker than blood are viewable.
Attacking Description:
The Grim reaper is attracted to tombstones. Whenever a tombstone is spawned, the grim reaper would go towards the tombstone, and the lost or dead unit would re-spawn and receive back certain health and damage depending on the level of the grim reaper. Only when the tombstone is in the 6 tile diameter then would the unit be able to re-spawn. When there are no more tombstones left on the map, the Reaper would stand next to a Building/Defense and drain its health within its 6 tile diameter, but will stop draining the Building’s/Defense’s health once another tombstone spawns on the map. It will drain a Building’s/ Defense’s health even if the Grim Reaper walks by it as long as it’s with in that 6 tile diameter. Once the unit has been re-spawned/ revived, the color of the unit would be changed to black, signifying that it has came back from the dead
Barracks Description:
The Grim reaper taunts and controls the deep depths of darkness. Once the smell of death is in the air, the angel of death follows behind with his large scythe and his long black cloak being trailed behind by a trail of darkness and lost souls.

Why this is unique from other troops in the game:
- When donated to a clan castle, the Grim Reaper restores dead buildings to (The health recovered by units) based on the level of your grim reaper
- This is the only troop which can re-spawn units back to life and steal other units’ health.
- Once unit is re-spawned/ revived, the unit will gain a certain amount of health back and a damage boost.
- The Grim reaper will gain a certain amount of health back every time he re-spawns/ revives a unit
- This does go with the "Dark and scary" theme such as the witches and golems
Offensive Strategies:
- The Grim Reaper has a certain diameter which tombstones are able to re-spawn in
- This unit can be used like the Angel in regular barracks, but you would place it once your tanks or any of units are at least 10% or lower on health.
- Using the Grim Reaper in a “Go WiPe” attack would be helpful to restore you lost tanks and witches/skeletons
- You would have to protect the grim reaper just like a witch, due to its low health
Defensive Strategies:
- Like the witch, The Grim Reaper can’t take as much damage but is able to take enough to spawn at least 20 units.
- Splash Damages would easily take out a Grim Reaper
- The Grim Reaper is unpredictable, so I would recommend putting traps around the outside of your walls, which is where troops would normally die at and the tombstones would spawn at.
Downsides I Found:
The only downsides I am able to notice with this troop is that tombstones rarely spawn. So I was wondering if the admins of clash of clans are able to fix when a troop dies on an open tile, that a tombstone does spawn there.
-I want good and constructive criticism, this idea has been in my mind for a few months and I have working and trying to perfect it. Thanks and see you around on the Forums!
