Lift Spell

Cost: 30000 elixer (Level 1)
Radius: 7 tiles (Level 1)
Notes: The lift spell turns every ground troop into a hovering air troop that can attack air and ground units. This after lasts for 15 seconds (Level 1) before the troops return to their natural state.
