granny cant login and play

hello hayday,
im posting this for my 80 year old granny who loves haday so much , she gets out of bed in the middle of the night to fill boat boxes :facepalm:. today she encountered a login problem, it seems she cant connect to the server. thats why i looked on here to see if there was any maintenance scheduled, but there isnt. so maybe someone here can help me out? we are dutch players btw and out farm is called welgelegen in the Assen noord neigbourhood. any word on this would be appreciated. tx in advance:heart:

Since the last update, I've had login problems a few times.

Two different things have worked for me:

1/ quitting the game and restarting the device. ~or~

2/ disconnecting from then reconnecting my device to wifi.

Option 2 takes a slightly shorter time. Good luck to your granny. :) Hope it's an easy fix!

thank you for responding to my message, my granny kept complaining that nothing worked, so i went over and took a look myself.
it turned out she had her tablet in inflight mode, so it couldnt connect to the internet.......:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::face palm::facepalm:
