Should I upgrade to TH9 yet? Picture inside

My AT ,and AD need to be upgraded ,but should I go ahead and upgrade my TH to 9? After starting my hogs to level 3 I can start on walls to 8 it's only 20 or so walls left to get to 7. All my troops -Pekkas and DT are upgraded as much as I can.

In a word, no.

You should upgrade everything at th8, walls included, before going to th9. You will appreciate this when you are doing all the new things for th9 that you don't have to back track. All walls, troops, and defenses should be upgraded and your coffers full before your th9 finishes. I hope this helps and good luck!

no, max everything first before going to townhall 9, it will be harder to farm onces your in townhall 9

Teslas and air defences should be maxed. Walls are recommended at max level, but is your decision how many before you hit th9. It will be painfull to upgrade only teslas and ADs, that take very long to upgrade...you fu*ked up a bit. Skulls are even worse.

I saw that many defenses were strong but walls were weak.

EDIT: Teslas and ADs are a little weak, should be upgraded and so should DE drill

You don't have to max everything before 9. You should make sure your troops are, and any least get started on level 8 walls, but maxing all of the walls will leave you with ilde builders for a very long time, and that is not worth it in the slightest to me. I think people extremely overestimate the increased difficulty of farming when you get to th9. I just recently got barbs and archers to level 6, and I've been th9 for around 5 months (I focused on war troops and drills first). I had been farming fine with the level 5 barchers prior, so level 6 isn't a game changer or anything. Same with walls, very overestimated in my opinion. I'm not saying they aren't very important, they are, but causing your builders weeks of idle time just to max them all before the next th isn't worth it in the slightest to me.

The fact that you say that shows me how little you do know. DE drills are maxed for TH8. As for AD's I have a builder on that obviously as I have them all to 5 and one almost to 6 and ready for another to get going.
