Wizards in clan castle

I was given a wizard in CC and it was on defense it was shooting at a barbarian and it didn't finish its fireball because the barbarian died to something else please fix.:mad:

Even when it was in a group, it still would NOT kill other barbarian?
It only targets one at a time, so this comment is useless

It does SPLASH! So if others are close it could kill 99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 9 troops if there all grouped together.

It really isn't broken. Although wizards and dragons have splash/multi-target on same space attack now from a few updates back, they still TARGET troops individually. If the troop it targeted dies in between the very short time of acquisition and firing, it will need to start the process over again.

The same thing was happening with Wizard Towers and Mortars, but they changed that so the counter/targeting does not re-start time-wise, but not with dragons/wizards.

Steve talked about it here (although he's referencing dragons, the same applies to the wizards)

I believe it happens with balloons when the defend as well, although that doesn't happen often :(
