Same problem since I came to TH8, I spent elexir for a troop upgrade, but before it was finished my storage was full again. So i started to raid with Dragons or Giant/Wizard and used more spells in attacks. I made 60k DE in 6 days for Golem upgrade in that way.
I just looked up your base and you only have level 1 pekkas and level 4 healing spells.Quote:

If you have full elixer storage and don't know what to use it on, and you DO NOT want to upgrade to the next town hall level, the answer is simple; quit being ridiculous and upgrade to the next freaking town hall level.

When you've done that you can just waste Elixir on spells, giants, wizards or anything else that takes your fancy. At TH8 everybody goes through this phase. I took the opportunity to experiment and just wasted loads on crazy armies. When searching make sure you ignore the Elixir fat bases, and only go for gold or DE.
Healers are now a good waste of Elixir. Use 4 each attack and you can pretty much destroy bases just using your BK and a handful of barbs and archers.
It's always funny to see people wanting to max and waste 100mil elixir. Its alright, I'll unload some for you, I'll visit your base with giants and aq
Put the TH outside, as well as some of the elixir storage for bait.
Just upgrade your TH, at that point it's not considered rushed at all.
