The Leaders/Co-Leaders need a way to swap out players during Prep Day for a war. If there are troops in the War Castle, they just get dumped. But here's what happens:
We start out a war, say we have 40 members, 3 of which opt out. We have 2 we need to leave out, so we pick. Then, someone says they would rather be in, and someone in the war says they would rather be out. To give us more flexibility, let us swap, maybe up until 2 hours before Battle Day starts? That gives us time to fill WC.
They should just make up their mind BEFORE the war starts.
Due to how the matching system calculates base strength at the time the search starts, you are locked in with those people that are selected for war. Changing that at any point afterwards could lead to abuse.
Don't blame me for shooting down the idea. I kind of like it. Blame human nature to cause some to want to win at the cost of honesty.
On a simple level, I agree with you. But what I am saying is they did make up their mind - and we have 2 extra, so it's up to the leader who starts the war who's in and who's out. But let's say after the war is initiated, we would like to change our mind. A period in which this is possible, would make the game more flexible and possibly reduce the amount of "discord" or "annoyance" that some may feel at being left out.Quote:

Get a better leader that knows how to manage a group of guys is the best fix for the problem you are describing. it sounds like your current one just rushes ahead without thinking or paying attention. Ad/or he has recruited a bunch of wishy washy guys that can't take it seriously enough to commit beforehand.
