It is not a universal bug. Many are happily playing derby with no problems. There is nothing harder to find and fix. What update do you want "still have not found problem"?.

Okay Hayday, thank you for the maintenance at the derby. I could claim all of the prices. But my neigbours in our nh could not.... Please help and fix this also!!

thanks for the update, but here the same problem, i could not collect the items/horsshoes from the last derby, but my neighbour could
edit, logt out twice, re started my tablet and the problem is solved

This issue has been fixed through this morning's maintenance. For those still having issues, Per Nick's instructions here and posts from those above confirming it works, full-force stop Hay Day (shut it fully down) and reboot the game.
