Im sure they will resolve this.
the axes are just a small extra gift for the players as many players run out.
Everyone is frustrated but let's give them a little time to work it out.
It only happend recently and they responded very quickly.

I agree that this is upsetting but check it out man....its a game....whether you spent extra time or not during the derby it doesnt change the fact that this is a free game and an awesome one at that....so there is a hicup, relax, the derby is new and all new things come with hicups and kinks that need worked out, give it time and think any gift they give in compensation is better than nothing at all which is what most other games do. At least Supercell and Nick try to compensate with something...think about it, how much is ten diamonds? .40cents if you divided the lowest offer of 50 diamonds for 1.99. so now .40 cents doesnt seem like much to one person but how about the 1 million plus hay dayers out there? thats $400,000 US dollars for every 1million hay dayers.....and dont say the diamonds dont mean anything to SC and they just hand them out on a whim...the diamonds is hay day currency so handing out over a halfmillion dollars in possible profit is kudos to SC...THANK YOU GUYS>.....some games just do not understand what it take and what is involved in what you guys do...THANK YOU NICK!!!!!!!!!!!
BY the way...i didnt get any prizes or bonuses either and you know what....i really dont care...i did care at first but im not gonna let it bother...what im gonna do is just do normal hay day activities and my NH is gonna sit out of the derby till its fixed...not on strike but just cause we know it will get fixed and we are patient...:cool:

It's still not fixed .. Can't start a new derby if it won't let us collect from the last one .. Really irritating

This is just to inform the people behind Hay Day: I am not wasting any more time on this flawed game until you PAY UP!! Today ANOTHER Derby started but NONE of us got ANY rewards from the last round ?? NOTHING -and we came in number 2 with at least 4 horse shoes ?? Get a GRIP and PAY UP!! :mad: :thumbsdown: :confused:

It is time that supercell address the derby issue other than the message before noon saying they are working on it. I have led a team that included prod support. I would never go this long without addressing the issue and providing an update. It Is embarrassing. It also shameful that this issue surfaced early this morning (eastern time), but it was not acknowledged until 11:30 am. Get it together and provide a status to your customers.

Our team won their Derby by over ten thousand points, much because I spent a great deal of real cash buying the big tasks on the board. And we got NOTHING!!!!!!! You want my money hay day....make it fun. I feel royally screwed and five axes isn't going to cut it. I literally am ready to bag the game...look at my account and my two sons...that's a lot of actual cash you are kissing goodbye. Either refund diamonds spent last week or give the prizes we earned NOW

I spent a lot of cash helping my team win the last Derby and working on this one and because of the lack of response I am closing my wallet (and by cash I mean I spent diamonds which I purchased). This is rediculous.

I love how people act as though 5 axes is all youll be getting. As if they arent working to fix it everyone, chill. You should all be happy they are working so hard to fix it. They could just say too bad so sad. And they could have given you NOTHING. Technology doesnt always run perfectly. Just chill for a bit and wait for them to solve the problem.

Which is not that unreasonable given that this is what they done in the second derby. Wasn't able to collect prizes in the previous derby (not the one that ended now, the one before), never got to see the prizes. (So missing out on 17 items.)
