hello Hay Day we had a problem on our derby . we won 2nd place on the last derby and we reached the 5000 horse shoes . but why we didn't had a chance to choose our prizes and the prize for being 2nd. hope to hear from you . our neighbor hood name is POOH'S TEAM ( batman and pooh ) thanks ..

Hello same here!!! We won 1 place but when we wat to collect the nieuw derby was started the prices where cone. :thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown::mad::mad::mad :

Hi,
At the moment we've problems with derby. We cannot collect the rewards from
the latest derby. And we cannot start a new one.
Our NB is Anak2 Bandung.

Same thing. Neighbourhood Alluring. Would like to get horse shoe prizes. Instead new derby started with no rewards. ((

Our NH came 1st, and we had 5 horseshoes, but we are unable to collect prizes and the timer is stuck at 0s, so we can't even continue with the next derby. We are basically in limbo. :(

I hope they fix this or give us all a bunch of diamonds (10+). My neighborhood did its best with 4 horseshoes and a silver cup only to be given nothing. :thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:
