I achieved Turbo Trucker III
Hi, I just achieved Turbo Trucker III over the weekend.:) I waited until level 32 where there are 9 orders on the board before I attempted. My barn size is 300 and silo size is 275. I actually took 3 days to prepare before I attempted (I play only a few hours at night, you probably don't need that long to prepare if you can play for the whole day).
Here is my strategy:
Ready...
Generally, I stored at least 5 of each items in the barn. Items that are not likely to be found in the newspaper, eg. all products from sugar mill, dairy, juice press, ice cream maker and those that require ingredients from sugar mill/dairy (eg. buttered popcorns, pancakes, etc.), I stored 8 of each.
For cakes, I emphasized less on berries cakes as I find them more often in the stores than the other 3 types of cakes. For pies, I stored more apples pies. I think bacon pies and pumpkin pies are pretty common. Basically, all items from the loom and BBQ grills (except pancakes) are quite common in the stores, so I keep only 5 of each item. Although I saw from my board, I needed 7 toasted tomatoes but I kept only 5 because I think they are easy to buy. The only exception is bacons and eggs, I have only 1 from Wheel of Fortune.
I keep at least 30 for each type of crops. I didn't store any fruits but I made sure there are enough to be picked from the trees and bushes.
It is advisable to upgrade your barn and silo first before attempting TT III so that you have maximum barn space. As I was not doing any trading, I couldn't get my last 2 planks and nails, I was stuck with a lot of building materials. At that time, I needed about 10-11 of each materials for my next upgrades. I maintain a maximum of 15 for each building materials and sold off any excess. As I just expanded my land, my expansion materials were at a minimal. I don't keep any shovel, TNT and bomb as I haven't opened up my mine. The total of my saws and axes are less than 5.
I don't store any eggs, milks, bacon, wools and goat milk in the barn but I ensure all my animal products are ready for collection. I kept less than 5 for each animal feeds in the barn (they are not needed for the challenge anyway).
Get set...
Before starting, check out what's on sale in your neighbors' store first so that you have a rough idea of what is available and who has it. (Out of excitement, I actually forgot to do it myself.)
[Edit] Forget to add, my barn was maxed out before starting the challenge, ie. 300/300, no less. In addition, my machines were full of products ready for collection. For example, while I kept 8 brown sugar in my barn, I have another 2 more on the machine. So I actually had about 10 of each "hard to get" items before I started the challenge.
GO!
When doing the challenge, I chose to complete those orders that required more items but in less quantity first. Eg. if there is an order for 4 toasted tomatoes + 3 ice cream VS. 2 white sweater + 2 milk + 1 carrot pie + 1 apple juice + 1 ice cream - I would choose to do the second order first. This will delay running short on a particular item at the early stage. If there is any orders like 5 brown sugar, I will just trash it. If the order is 6 popcorns, I will buy to deliver. I trashed all metal bar orders because I don't have a mine yet.
If there is an order without the green tick, find out what is the missing item and try flipping the newspaper to find it. If you happen to get the infamous all eggs newspaper, no harm going into 1 or 2 store to try your luck before the truck is back. It helps, sometimes.
Towards the end, you may get panicky when there is only 1 or 2 orders left that you can deliver. Do not despair, just don't give up until you see the badge icon. Keep delivering as long as there are still orders with green ticks popping up.
When I was at my truck 27, I have only 1 deliverable order left on my board. I was really worried as it'd be so disappointing if all effort were to go into waste but I just kept going. It was a huge relief when the badge finally popped up. Anyway, that single space on the board went on to request for items that I could still keep up with for another 3-4 times before everything had to stop.
Good Luck! :D
Lastly, good luck to all who are trying!
Thanks everyone for the advice,
Yes! Completed and happy to achieve it! Thank to all the helpful advice in this forum and Captain III forum. Appreciate everyone!

At page 5, 1 person post a link to their spreadsheet; The barn is only 375, level 40 at the time she achieved it.
What you need is a good preparation. There are many tips in this thread. Good luck !
