I agree 100% and this isn't the first time I've taken the time to respond on this topic. They have a moral imperative to do the right thing as far as I'm concern, as not to inform players of the loot penalties is a form of deception. At best, it is a lie of omission.
The fact that the game becomes nearly unplayable for those who rush to TH8, 9, or 10 not realizing the consequences is just sad, especially since many of them spend considerable amounts of money to do so. In order to remedy their situation, they have to spend their way out of that hole. My guess, many of them give up not willing to do so.
It would take very little to include a msg to players upgrading to each TH lvl of what the loot penalties are before doing so. To say that it is up to each individual player to find this information out for themselves is a copout. And those random tips that pop up at the loading screen directing players to the forums is hardly sufficient.
It is unequivocally wrong.
Show the warning in-game or totally get rid of the loot penalty!! Personally I prefer the latter :)
Deception is how supercell makes money...its their dirty little secret along with updates that only help upper lvl people who will spend money.
Money talks...you know what walks. They could care less about their majority of players that dont spend ...that's quite obvious and will continue.
How about a extra dark elix that drills make 1 per day...yeah that would be awesome just like regular dark elix!!

I think the fact that this game is awesome in why SC is making so much money. And honestly, I don't blame them for trying to make money. However, this issue with loot penalties deserves attention.Quote:

We NEED to have these. I was one of those prematures level 46 and th9.. Fortunetly i clashed on and i am good (sorta :D) and recovering pretty well :D

I don't think we'd message that in-game anyways, and even if we did, people wouldn't read things. A lot of people don't read things. You guys are usually pretty good at reading stuff, but people wouldn't read stuff and then they would be upset anyways.
Ive always thought they need to add something like this. The only reason I think they don't add this is with people premature gemming to the highest town hall. This equals big money for SuperCell.
